• Relationship Training - Inline with my pitch-building work, I have deep and broad experience in online, phone, and face-to-face (F2F) communication with clients. I take these experiences and work with teams and individuals to help them optimize and make more authentic their client communications. This approach doesn't work off of a script, but rather encourages individuals to communicate effectively and personally while maintaining a level of organizational brand alignment and shared quality. In addition, I bring managers into the conversation as well so that they can cultivate a culture of leadership and authenticity.
